Giornata dell’AMI-Lombardia

The Museum hosts “Associazione Merlettaie Italiane” and it is open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Valuable silk, linen and cotton laces made with different techniques are on display and it is also possible to admire many lace makers at work.
Moreover, “Accademia Merletti di Cantù” has taken inspiration from some printing blocks belonging to the Museum dating back to the first half of the 20th century to make wonderful bobbin laces.
