Close your eyes...imagine turning back time and discovering the magnificence of the past. Fancy to open a door and admire marvellous haute-couture dresses dating back from the post-war period to the 1960s. Think of looking at each one of them and feeling the emotions that brought them to life.
Welcome to the exhibition “Collezione di Collezioni”, organised by Stazione Sperimentale per la Seta and the Educational Silk Museum. On display, 36 wonderful dresses whose magic comes from the use of Como silk, their griffe and the event they were worn for.
After years spent in the wardrobes of the ladies from Como, they are finally ready to be loved and appreciated.
